PureLink Wireless Unplanned outage in Cogswell

We have identified an issue with our Cogswell Tower affecting Customers in in the greater Cogswell area. We are unable to access the site this evening due to health and safety however will have technicians out first light Monday the 6th.     Portal Unplanned outage - Customers unable to authenticate

    We have identified an issue with our authentication server. Some customers maybe affected by this and have limited access to the internet. Engineers are actively working on resolving this and we expect it to be resolved in the next 30 minutes/
